What Kind of Orchid Do I Have?

    There are thousands of different kinds of orchids. However, if you bought yours at a grocery store or "big box" store or received it as a gift, it is probably either a Phalaenopsis, Dendrobium, Cymbidium or Oncidium (<<< you can click on the links on the left), as these are the most commonly sold to the general public. It is also probably a hybrid plant instead of a true species.

    Also, you can use the "search" function of this Forum to find lots of photos or use your web browser to search for images of one of the above genera and find thousands of photos and drawings.
