    I just wanted to introduce myself. Been lurking around for a while and enjoy many of the posts. I live in zone 8b and grow mostly in the few trees I have in our small yard and on the lanai. Main orchid interests are Catt alliance, Vandaceous, Dendrobium
    tribe and a few others. I look forward to some good reading and of course photos.

    Welcome...great forum
    I too visit more than I post...time...with 150 orchids of my own and my boss's Gh with over 2,500
    orchids I stay busy.
    Here in zone 7b...too cool for any outside except for their Summer Camp mid-May thru Oct.1st
    As a child I lived in near Tampa..no exposure to orchids at that young age. Fortunately at 16 I feel in love...too many yrs ago and still learning...always

    I've got about half a dozen and I like 'em just fine. Got a seed capsule brewin' on one of them.
