Hello ! And this is my first post ♡♡ I hope all are well and I have a silly question... can I pot my vanilla orchids with my avacado plants I have ? I think as they grow together it could be a wonderful thing# ! uploadfromtaptalk1393286143583.jpg uploadfromtaptalk1393286160805.jpg uploadfromtaptalk1393286185889.jpg

The vinallians are doing really well. I have had them attached to the avacodo plants for space economy reasons ,and those butterfly clips are so handy.

I was thinking of moving my three avocados into a chip bark band moss mix I had one as a gift I have now given as a gift to a friend . I grew these by seed :)

I don't think that the potting media for a vanilla orchid is going to be good for an avocado and vice versa.

I don't think the avocado in the long term will thrive… It'll break under the huge mass in fact… You're better off with a separated pot (with water reserve), with the right substrate, and 3 bamboo sticks (up to one meter high) in tripod position to make a support for vanilla alone.
