What's with the almost white flower on each stem? Kind of interesting to see.

Beautiful, Radha! Are you growing it attached to a tree outside?

That is beautiful. I need to get rid of my hybrid and get one of these.
Do these get tall and lanky?

Thank you all.. This is my second blooming.
KellyW, It is a slow grower. It grew 2-3 inches maybe in one year.
Carl, It had white flowers which gradually turned bluish color last year. This year it had flowers of 2 colors..
Naoki, It is attached to a christmas palm and it rooted to the palm.

But you should be able to grow beautiful Masdevalias, Draculas and so many of the cool growing genera.

So true. I would love to grow the bright Masdevalias but they die quickly for me. I can't complain, though. I can grow most of the warm growers :)

Yeah, I am blessed to live in one of the more moderate climates so all of the cool and a good portion of the intermediates grow well here....
