Two plants I love other themn Orchids

    north of Los Angeles. Ca,
    One is called a Snowflake tree (Trevesia Pandurata) I have had this for over 10 years and they are very hard to find, large leaves over 3' wide and cut like a snowflake. They are in the first set of pictures.

    Then there is Stepellia gigantea the giant starfish flower, over 15" of flower with a smell only flies could love. The last couple of pictures are of those grand ole smelly things.

    whenever my Stapelia G blooms, fly's fill the center up with eggs PDQ, nice to see an empty one.
