trouble uploading photo

    I got some error message while I tried to upload photos. Is there file size limitation after the last update? Anyone else has the same problem?

    I had no trouble uploading my new avatar today but I am having trouble uploading normal size photos.

    Hmmm. That worked. That was an 800x??? photo. I am not aware of any size limitation. Can you try again? If it doesn't work we will get Brent on it. The last time I had problems Brent told me to clear my buffer which solved my problem at the time.

    Marni, the photo size is 700 or 1000, the usual size for my photos.... I encountered no problem when I uploaded the same photos on another forum today, and that is why I thought there might be a size limit here now.

    PS, I won't be around for rest of the week... but I will try it again next week.

    Tom, since no one else has reported a problem I suspect it is something on your end. Have you cleared your cookies and browse history? That fixed my problem 5-6 months ago. What browser are you using?

    I always clear the cookies, Kelly.

    I can upload photos on other forums and a new avatar here, and I use firefox.

    Sometimes I am able to clear up problems by unplugging my router for about 15 minutes to clear the cache (at least that's what I think it clears).

    actually we just put in a new router this morning..., I tried to upload the photos few minutes ago, but I still got the same error message.

    Tom, I sent Brent a message on Monday but haven't heard back from him. I haven't seen him on the forum either so he may be on vacation.
