I got it by it looks 4 years and 4 months ago, it was bought without right name. It never flower even had 11 healthy leaves, this year lost a bit, get dried and some infections on leaves, but who cares for a first time I see flowers, not as large as some Stanhopea, sepals about 5 cm , but this 'eye' future and fragrance was really good, I am sure it can have even more flowers, but I am still happy with my 4:

Very nice photos Piotr. You really captured the flowers detail well. I also like the heavy spotting that creates the 'eye' pattern. The flowers have a lot of character.

    Hi Piotr...I´m from Prague...
Now in October I received from Ecuagenery S. wardii, I her two leaves turned yellow and fallen off ... is planted in a basket, air circulation is provided by a fan, a temperature around 20 ° C and humidity of 80%. Maybe it's her nature ... I do not know. Excuse my English ... so I can not help Mrs. Googl;)
