Free for postage to any regular poster to this forum that resides in the US.

These plants have seen better days to be honest. There is a ton of backbulbs on both but only a handful of leaves. They both have a bunch of bulbs. I don't have the space or conditions for them and rather than watch them decline until death I am happy to send them to someone here. You just need to pay the postage. If you want you can make a donation to the forum as well, but that is up to you.

Everytime you put something up in this section you shoot to kill. Ohh well, and to think they do so well here. I hope they get a good home.

It's not a Georgia address, I trust? ;) Plants come in but they never go out...:D

Good snag, Neyra. I'm sure they'll be very happy plants under your care.

Yeah. Nice snag. I'm guessing, by the time postage is added up from CA to SC and from SC to PR, you would have saved money by buying in PR. But... who doesn't love a good deal?

Dale if you can find a vendor here that has Stans then you will probably be talking at least 3 times what the cost of shipping is going to cost me for the these 2 species in 3-4 bulbed plant.

I see. When you said "and to think they do so well here" I guess I just thought they were quite available. *shrug*

Just because the climate and enviromental aspects of PR work well for this genus doesn't mean sellers here have it available, but that doesn't mean that serious growers don't buy from out of state vendors (You know like TOF, Meyers, etc) OHH and if you haven't noticed lots of vendor are inti selling mass market orchids and if God forbid they bring some interesting species to sell they want to over price them. You know what, I am just going to invite you to a PR orchid show and let you have all the fun.

Thanks for the invitation, but I have no interest in attending orchid shows or visiting Puerto Rico.

Smart move Dale. They drive like crazies down in PR. I saw a DOT guy picking up those orange barrels on the freeway. He started at the end where they push you over out of the lane. Driving along and all of a sudden here's some guy with a truck picking up barrels.
