    This should be Sophronitis. It's genetically different enough to warrant a monotypic epithet.

    I usually wait a full two years before changing any tags. Sometimes they can't make up their mind and it goes back to what it was anyway. And sometimes out of pure stubbornness I never change the tag regardless.
