i am so tired of La Niña and her cold antics this winter.
it was 40F and clear at home, and i collected 2.02" of rain yesterday.
coming to work this AM, i first saw snow on the side of the road at 1600'
(which i have not seen in 20 years in So Cal at that elevation) by 2000' i was getting nervous, it is all uphill and curvey. Tree's were pretty all covered in snow. Road was slick as all get out. Waiting for daylight to take more pics w/ cell, of course i did not take my camera. 26F at this elevation in the snow. looks like 2" to 3". There will be no snow angels, i have nothing to change into or dry off with since i am not at home.

Hello Pot, this is me, Kettle. Do I really have to bring up the "I'd rather bleed than sweat" comment, again? :poke:

"Hello Pot, this is me, Kettle."

You have me confused with someone else. When it's too tough for the rest of 'em, it's just right for me. You're excused.

Huh, unless I missed a very important day in science class, I'm pretty sure "weather" doesn't simply apply to cold and snow. Since you called me, and my other forum brothers and sisters who hate the cold, a "weather wuss," (while at the same time pronouncing yourself a tough guy,) I felt it prudent to dredge up a few facts.

I've noted it and later i'll scrapbook about it.

Meanwhile, it is bloody freakin' hot here. Gotta be at least 70 and humid. Hello??? Winter??? This means we'll probably hit 100 by May.

don't make me pull out my Caps Lock Vocab !! just remember all that's out west goes east, so this crud is headed your way ...

Dale's admission is quite momentus, more than some piddly snow, which does happen at this elevation every 4 or 5 years.

R U Ok Dale? do you need a Xanax or something ?

I'm fine, Brant. Thanks. I don't mind throwing those snooty east coasters a bone once in a while.

How do you know you don't like the heat or cold, Dale? You never go places that are either.
