    Sigmatostalix macrobulbon Kraenzl. 1922.
Tiny Sigmatostalix species. Flowers about 5 mm in size. Grows in Panama and Costa Rica at 700-1300 meters. I suspect it want´s hotter temperatures than I have in my vivaria.

I've never met a sigmatostalix I didn't like. This is no exception. How large is the plant?
