    This one had a rough start with me last year: one single spike, and most of the buds on that blasted. It seemed to hit its stride this summer, and this year it has six spikes loaded with healthy blooms. I think an increase in humidity might have done the trick.

    Very nice, I agree that extra humidity could have helped.
