    Hello all,

I had a Rl. Aristocrat (glauca x digbyana) that was about to bloom. Sadly, I had an unfortunate accident with it so I’ll have to wait several months for another very early bud to mature.

One of the main reasons I bought this plant was to determine which parent it would inherit its fragrance from. Since mine isn’t going to bloom anymore I cannot complete my “experiment”.

That brings me to my main question: Is there anyone who also grows the Aristocrat along with the glauca and digbyana that might be able to tell me which fragrance is passed down to the Aristocrat? Does the Aristocrat share a fragrance with the glauca? The digbyana? Is it completely random for each individual?

Any experiences that anyone has with the fragrance of the Aristocrat is much appreciated as I am quite curious to know what I missed.
