I got this plant from Botanica about 5 years ago. It grows all over, and it was invading into other plants, so I finally went through the tangled mess and slapped it onto a new cedar shingle about a month ago (that's why it looks unnatural on the mount). I noticed the tiny flowers a couple days ago.

Looks lovely in a close-ups. But this genus tends to beramblers.

Yes, it is a bit tough to keep it contained in my small growing area.
Chuck, I wonder how many times I missed spotting their flowers, too (it was growing in the area which I can't easily access).
