I acquired this plant with 2 spikes in October and I thoroughly enjoyed them. This is the first spike it has produced for me. If anyone has this species and would like to share or trade pollen, please let me know.

Gorgeous flowers! I'd like to grow Renantheras, but they tend to get too big. Tried monachica because it was a more compact grower, but it most decidedly did not like my winter.

I've always stayed away from them. Even now that I have a warm greenhouse I hadn't thought of buying one. But this was in a collection that was being broken up and it was growing in intermediate conditions so I said OK. My spike is about 1/2 the size as one that it came with. Hopefully it will be better when the sun is brighter.

    Beautiful flower.

I have some Renanthera monachica seedlings from flask and am getting my first spike now. So, can't help with pollen but I share your excitement.

I successfully grow a number of Renanthera in cool conditions. I'll check to see if one of my bella are in bloom.

I have someone sending pollen to me. But thank you for responding. Good to know you have multiple clones. I'm jealous!
