Ray, hope you and your property come through the hurricane OK. You're in N. Carolina?

    Thanks, folks.

We did what we could do, and are now 250 miles inland at my sister in-law's place, hoping that the storm surge doesn't get big enough to get into the house. A great deal depends upon where it actually makes landfall - if it goes in north of Wilmington NC, we'll probably lose a ton of mulch and sustain some wind damage. If it moves south, we may be "hotelling it" for moths.

I hope everything turns out ok for you and your family (orchids included), Ray.

My small collection is indoors. If the flood waters come up high enough to affect them, I've got bigger worries than a few plants.
