    that's neat
    i dig Acer griseum, paperbark maple for similar reason except it ain't native....

    Nice view from your window, Dale. We have a similar native, the Gumbo Limbo, or more commonly "sunburned tourist" tree.

    I am just starting to get int othis genus. I forum friend sent me a hybrid Promenaea that has flowered and is putting out a new growth so I am going to try a few species now :)
