Problems with uploading photos

    I'm having problems when uploading photos. The small window that pops up (where you place the URL of the picture) becomes a small line with Google Chrome and just a grey area with IE.

    What is wrong?

    I managed to get help (my clewer wife). She made changes in the pop-up blocking settings in Chrome that always allows pop-ups from this domain. Now I have to find the way to do the same thing in IE.
    I have no clue what caused things to change my settings.
