I bought this plant in Peru in 2004 as Porroglossum peruvianum. A friend was sure it wasn't that but I never bothered to pursue the identification. It was described a few years ago. It is a compact plant with leaves a couple inches tall and flowers that are under 1". I am growing it both intermediate and cool and it seems fine in either.

That is nice. Do the leaves have a rough texture?

It is mounted on a small piece of wood.
