I've had this plant for over five years. It grows in my south facing kitchen window mounted on treefern. It has suffered through much neglect, but is a great grower. Currently, it has five spikes! 20140713_132803.jpg

Thank you! And I agree that it is great to have a Pleuro that doesn't require a lot of fuss to grow well. Plus, this plant is gorgeous even when it's not in bloom due to the leaves that vary between shades of green and reddish depending on the amount of light the leaves are getting.

Nikki, that is a really nice plant. Good growing. I agree that it is beautiful when not in bloom, in fact I grow it mostly for the foliage. Mine frequently gets a spontaneous seed capsule. Have you had that happen?

Thank you, Kelly! I have not had mine give me spontaneous seed capsules.
