Pleurothallis alvaroi

    This is the first blooming for me on this division that I received in a trade a few years ago. This plant established easily and has grown very fast.
    Grown in bright shade.
    Blooms are 20-23 mm tall and about 8 mm wide. In the plant photo that is an 18 inch ruler.

    Wow! That is a nicely colored clone. Mine is a pale violet. Put me in line for a trade.;)

    I saw on IOSPE there are yellow and pink versions, too. This one is very dark.
