TOF also has Lepanthopsis astrophora and Scaphosepalum rapax as well. Both are itty-bitty.

I got a small Scaphosepalum rapax about 6-7 years ago. It grows like a weed and blooms almost constantly for me in intermediate conditions. I've taken multiple divisions from it and have little clumps of it all over the gh . I love it. If you are looking for small and fun it is a contender.

Oh, you should have ordered from TOF, they offered free shipment last weekend. I receive my order today and am very satisfied with all the plants.

To be honest not many people have what I am usually looking for but every once in awhile i get lucky.I dont care about the shipping cost unless of course someone says its 12 bucks then when I receive the package it is 6 then i get upset.

I dont mind when I am pay 12 and then it ends up being 6. I figure there is other costs that go into it, time packing materials etc. What sucks is when I am expecting 12 and it ends up being more. That is a hard pill to swallow.

You mean they told you they were going to charge you $12 and only charged you $6?

The "difference?" Perhaps you didn't understand that there is more to the cost of shipping a package than the cost of postage. That plant most likely didn't rustle up the packing materials, hop in the box, make its own label and drive itself to the post office. Shipping an orchid is a job, why shouldn't they get paid?

Chad, are you talking about TOF? If so, I would say that $12 is for handling fee per order. Even if the shipping is free(for promotion), I believe you still have to pay that $12.

No that is quite true the 2inch orchid didnt just jump into the 4inch box all by itself but I am sure there was no heavy equipment needed to (handle it).I am well aware of shipping cost as I have shipped many orchids, frogs, chameleons, geckos all over this country and abroad.
I am not bashing anyone or saying who it was for that matter it's irrelevant.
    No tom its not them.
    It was a private individual.
