    I bought it because it was blooming at the time. I've had it for a year or two. I love the patterns on the petals and sepals.

    There's something funny going on with my desktop computer. Both this and the laelia anceps 'feathered flame' I posted are much more magenta/hot pink than the images are appearing on my laptop. Or maybe it's my laptop. Either way, the flowers are very brightly colored.

    That is pretty sweet. If/when I get a greenhouse, if there is any room left over, I'm going to get some species Phals. This is my vow.

    Keep that vow when you get a GH. I love the genus. Good thing they grow in a similar environment as bulbos. :cool:
