This is my Phalaenopsis Tying Shin Fly Eagle "Miki", bought from Schwerter Orchideenzucht 1 year ago.
It has 15 flowers with a delightful, spicy-floral fragrance that can easily fill up a whole room.
The flowers are about 5.5cm wide, and each of them has its own colors pattern, slightly different than the others.
Last year, they were more yellow, this year they are almost entirely red. I wish I know what causes the color change. Any thoughts about that?

Nice growing! Light levels and temperature can influence pigment saturation.

Thank you. It is true that this year was colder.
