Phalaenopsis parishii

    This is the first blooming. I grow this species mounted on a guava branch in my shadehouse. Had five flowers, but was a little sad since the lip was not a wine color, but, its still a nice species.

    I think it is lovely. If it just opened, it may darken with time. I have noticed that a plant may have darker color one year than another, but I don't know why.
