Have you tried Avid? It worked on false spider mite for me. Also, it is somewhat systemic and translocates through the leaf so you don't need a direct hit. It is in my Top Ten Hit Parade of Pesticides.

When I had the false spider mite, it kept recurring. This went on for 1.5 years while I treated regularly and couldn't get them under control.. I hadn't had them before and I haven't had them since. What I did was change my fertilizer. I am on RO water and was using a fertilizer that claimed to have everything. It was lacking in something that made my plants weak/susceptible to these mites. A friend using the same fertilizer had problems with aphids the whole time he was using it. Hopefully, what you have done will take care of the problem. If this turns out to be an ongoing problem, you might want to look into the nutrient of your plants.
