I have two clones in bloom right now, and this one has superior form. What a funky little species.
Way to start the day Jon. That is damn nice.
Jon, what is the minimum night where you grow this species?
very nice Jon. I almost missed this one.
Hey Wagner, I don't have this one! Did you get this one from Andy? I want one...........it's a cutie pie.
It gets down to around 57, Marni. It flowered in the fall, and temps didn't really go below the low 60s all summer where it is located.
Nope. Came from the WOC.
Sweet, can we get a side view of the flower. Is it just me or does it look like the column has a hook or something coming off of it?
Beautiful! I need to locate one of these again.
A lovely species. Well done, Jon.
The flower is long gone, and the spike died after only a few flowers. I didn't post the attached picture earlier because I wasn't very impressed by the quality, but you can see hte "hook". I prefer to call it the shnoz.
Wow, that really cool...kinda looks like an elephant's head and trunk
Nice nose on that one!
Jon, can I have your picture of the lowii as my avatar? At the least, I'll have one
I'd prefer not, Angela.
