Damn hard to photograph......... it was necessary to flash. Unfortunately the faint pattern in the flower does not show. One of my favorites among the Phalaenopsis species. I got this from Schwerter (Germany) last spring.

I have this one and once it starts to bloom, it just doesn't stop. My little fellow has been blooming for two years without a break and each bloom is perfect. I like your
close-up photos, Karma. Most of my Phal. species are up high on racks and I really
don't look at them very closely. Thanks for the shots so I don't have to climb my
    little ladder!

Thanks guys! :) I have a red color form in bud right now too, I just love the shape of the cornu-cervi flowers. I only wish this one would grow more compact - like the red one... it is sending out loooong thick roots in all directions and they take up a lot of space in my small warm viv... ;)
