I love this species. How old is your plant?

Are you giving this slightly shaded conditions? Or brighter? I grow mine warm, shaded and pretty moist on a cork mount similar to yours, but it hasn't bloomed for me yet. Had it for a little while now. It's about 3/4 the size of your plant. Any tips? Thanks Tom!
