I tried getting more shots of this one, but the National Guard thought it would be a good idea to circle my neighborhood in a friggin Chinook helicopter. Thus, my whole house was shaking. I don't know what their motives were, but it was the end of photos for a while.

Maybe rentacops have connections. Dunno, but that's a nice display, shaking or not.

Jon, I have one Ornithocephalus spp. I always thought it would grow additional fans (like Oberonia) but I have had it about 5 years and still just the one fan. Now I see yours and I'm thinking... maybe that is how it is supposed to be? Do these typically stay a single fan?

    Isn't it obvious?

The stench of death and feces coming from your bulbo gardens clearly got so bad that the authorities were called. They'll be digging up your side yard tomorrow I bet. I hope you're not growing precious Angs around that stench and filth! :poke:

Nice plant by the way. :D

I've had mine for 2 years. It started as one fan, and now has 3. The other 2 are about a third the size of the mama, so not yet BS.

    Thanks everyone! Including you, Floozo!

Kelly - I'm not too familiar with the genus, but this one has been a single fan for a few years now.
