My husband has been making these orchid wood burnings lately. He uses a piece of wood and burns the image into the wood with a wood burner. Then uses water color to add color to the piece. The first image he donated to our orchid conservation group to raise money for conservation funds. He also commissions them for people that want there favor or award winning orchids done. Or if someone just wants a certain species. Figured I would share. Screenshot_20170221-184158.png PART_1487106133000_IMG_20170214_160144.jpg IMG_20170214_155126.jpg 20161111_095925.jpg

Thank you... He loves to do them! He's working on a Vanda right now. It's a large piece. I will post it when he's done.
