Orchid Culture Sheets on Demand (Baker & Baker)

I submitted an order for culture sheets, but have received neither the invoice nor the first two culture sheets which it says should show up "within a few hours", several days ago, but have heard nothing. I was under the impression someone else had taken over the site and that it was still functional. Does anyone have any information about the site as to whether it is in fact still viable or is it totally defunct now?
