I repotted this Oncidium into three pots. The old grown remains green and healthy. The new growth is developing yellow spots that are expanding. Is this a viral infection or possibly a nutritional deficiency? Any thoughts?

You never know with viruses without testing. Still that's not where I would focus.

This looks like fungal infection, but I would also check for mites. Sometime mite cause damage similar to those yellow spots. Then the areas they damage develop a secondary infection.
