Mystacidium venosum

    I got this from Afri Orchids. It is a fall-winter bloomer, but the plant recently died (and I forgot to take better photos), so I made a blog post from old photos. It was growing well, but it suddenly died for no good reason...

    Yes, I happen to take photos of several Mystacidium spp., so I thought I might post this one as well. I thought that they are compact and nice, but those bigger ones (for Mystacidium) seem to requires quite a bit of space for the roots.
