I purchased this plant as Oncidium lanceanum (Lophiaris lanceana) x Psychopsis kramerianum.

Last year my friend had its sister plant in flower so I knew it is not :(

But after this hot summer I manage to get my first Mule ear Oncidium in flower as well, spike was growing very slow, and it is very long, had to remove plant to other place, than autumn dropping temperature, than kitchen windowsill - and I lost half of a buds, but luckily some of them survived and I am really impressed about size and shape of flowers - which are 4.5cm wide 5.5 cm high

I think I found name which it supposed to have:

    Possible Oncidium Kuquat x Haematochilum = [splendidum x ( lanceanum x luridum)] x ( lanceanum x luridum)

well that was private seller, no contact with her after all... it is not the same what it should, but I still like it, spike is 85 cm high, and has large flowers...
