mourning dove babies in our pothos pot

    A mama and papa mourning dove have set up a nest in our pothos pot a couple of weeks ago and now we have 2 babies.

    so special, I had the same a few years ago, the fleglings were lunch to neighboring cats. just this evening the neighbor's cat {mr. pepper} climbed my holy tree and brought down 2 house finch babies, at least he ate them, but I hate that part of nature. :cry: :( :cry:

    although i really dig cats, they are an invasive species in most places.
