I have just received this orchid and it came in a plastic pot. Would it perform better mounted in a wooden slat basket as was recommended to Sol in an earlier thread or a mesh basket?

I'm growing it 4 different ways, in a wood slat basket with a few pieces of small broken cork bark to anchor the root, mounted on a piece of oak wood with a little shredded redwood for moisture, in a terra cotta pot with a few large pieces of bark, and my favorite just for the visual is mounted on cork with a little moss and hung horizontal, a little spanish moss hanging off the side, looks great. On a horizontal mount the water doesn't run off so fast, I've done a number of things this way, only draw back is they take more space

Thanks for those great ideas. I also received a Brassavola cucullata! Would you use the same ideas with this one...what about a net pot?
