Mini catts

    I have just received 3 mini and compact catts from Sunset Valley Orchids. I have actually never grown catts before but I have done a lot of reading on culture. Is there anything I should know pertaining to these sizes? I grow in my house and felt that these would fit better than the standard size ones. Any tips appreciated. Thanks

    Hello, welcome to the forum. I've never grown hybrid mini-catts but I suggest looking up the parentage and then finding the information on how to grow species that were used to create those hybrids. For example, if the hybrid is 75% Cattleya coccinea and 25% of something else it will most likely prefer the culture of C. coccinea.
