IW grower. I nearly lost this plant, but it sure is doing well now. Longest leaf is 10 1/2". No begging. You know who you are.

I wish someone would elucidate to me the difference between Max. reichenheimiana and Max. pseudoreichenheimiana.

Just being facetious...I'm sure some taxonomist can point to his peer-reviewed, published paper in some obscure botanical journal that makes this entirely academic.

Cool! I hope mine blooms someday. It grows really well, just no fleurs yet. Do you have any hints for getting it to bloom?

No. Well, none other than sending it to Bandon for a push-start.

I can't say I find the flower nice, but the foliage is incredible!

The spots on the leaves of pseudo can be rubbed off. The spots on reichenheimiana cannot.

I think that is a great flower and plant. I hope it continues to thrive instead of going into a quick and deadly nosedive, Dale.
