Mastiphyllum Louis Sander is a cross between Bulbophyllum longissimum x Mastigion ornatissimum. But when the hybrid was created in 1936 it was actually classified as a primary hybrid of Cirrhopetalum genus, and it is the first registered hybrid of the Bulbophyllum alliance. The flowers measure about 8 inches wide by 25 cm long sepals. It smells kind three days old sweaty gym socks... but thankfully not very strong. I grow it in the bark, intermediate, medium light.
