masdevallia lilacina

    1st. time flowering for this one. It's been in bloom now for 2 weeks. I grow it under LED lights, in a Fluval fish tank (no fish). This system seems to work well for mini masdevallias and lepanthes. It's still an experiment for me, but so far, so good. Not the best pictures, I know.

    Looks as if it is working for you. I've corrected the title since it is spelled M lilacina.

    Are you sure that this is M. lilacina? Looks like M. pumila, but the pictures aren't so good. Anyway good growing!

    Thanks for the comments. I got it from Ecuagenera. The tag says 'masdevallia llacina (sorry, I thought it was an I, but I'll change that). I'll try to get some better pictures once I get a better macro lens. This was taken with my point-and-shoot.
