A small epiphyte endemic to Costa Rica. I grow mine cool, mounted on EpiWeb. I have read that it is supposed to smell like vanilla or even coconut, but mine smells just like Lemon Pledge (yes, the furniture wax)...

It is a very sweet bloom that isn't around much. Lemon Pledge? Could be a lot worse!

    Thanks a lot! :)
I have heard that it is a bit uncommon in cultivation too. Not sure why, it is lovely ...and yes, the fragrance could absolutely be a lot worse! Just kind of funny to me when a flower smells like something man-made, can't help to wonder what pollinator it is trying to attract then... ;)
