    Christ almighty. This plant was given to me by a hobbyist that won it in an Orchid Society 'auction lot' of plants. The hobbyist was certain the plant would quickly die so the plant was offered to me. Since I generally like veitchiana primary hybrids, I took the plant.

    I think priceps indicates delusions of grandeur. I vote with masdevallia and say ayabacana.

    I have a really nice M. Heathii blooming right now. I went out to get it to photograph it for you, but it is too dark and there are no lights in that gh. Maybe tomorrow.
