Hi,I'm a total newbie with trying to propagate my orchids. I tried making some agar with product I bought online, however, I made a small batch and couldn't boil it long enough without it all evaporating....how do you boil it for 30 minutes without it all evaporating? thanks!

I use a pressure cooker and found it to really be the only reliable way to get all flasks sterile.

Put the lids on loosely, "cook" them, and when the temperature and internal pressure of the cooker drops, the sterile flasks will be sealed.
