A wonderful, small lycaste species from Panama. I never get tired of seeing this bloom. The flowers are a bit under 3" wide, the flowers are long lasting and fragrant.

Nice. I only have 2 Lycaste and they bloom in the spring. Does this one bloom spring and fall or just fall?

It is just once a year as I remember. I have a powellii hybrid with macrophylla that blooms more than once a year.
