6" flowers. I've done some searching to find the parentage, but gave up after page 3 on google.
No, that didn't work.
Karen's info says Lyc. Auburn x Wyld Court. Thanks!
Lovely, but I hate Lycastes...killed everyone I'v had....maybe they hate me.
I guess we won't be asking you for cultural tips.
Nice! I dig Lycastes. Wonderful pastel shading!
One of the best hybrids IMO. Just beautiful!
Oh I want one
Wow, Marni! Gotta get me one of these, maybe. Need to check temp requirements.
Ann, I grow mine cool to intermediate, but don't know its upper limits.
Andy's gave I and I/W for the three species he had on his website. It probably wouldn't do well in our heat so I'll just look at the pictures. Thanks for the info. I really need to get a thermometer in my slat house now that I have the shade cloth up on the east and west sides. Keeping the ground wet lowers the temp dramatically and raises the humidity and we always have a breeze. I'll just see. Thanks again.
Ann, are you a member of a local orchid society? Talking with people to see if they grow them is a good way to find out what if possible. Also, a minimum/maximum thermometer will give you valuable information
I'm going this month and will re-join. I let my membership lapse with all the medical problems my DH had last year.
