    2.5 to 3" flowers. Grow cool but not cold, dry winter rest.

    are we talking stop watering altogether or just reduce?

    That depends on the humidity where they grow. For my conditions, it is pretty much stop. I might have accidentally watered or sprinkled them during the winter, but there are several months where they are pretty dry.
