I normally don't get into hybrids but I must say this one has a very nice blend of both parents.
I'm the same way, I prefer species, but thought I'd give this one a try. The natural vertical spread is 35 mm, or 1.25 inches. So the flower is quite large for a Lepanthes.
And I must add that the Lepanthes hybrids are often much more free flowering, for a longer period, and more vigorous/tolerant, than their parent species. I'm the "father" of this cross, and it isn't an exception to the rules!
I also like that one quite a lot Bill. I must have missed that one on the list. I will have to give it a shot for fall. Pacome that is another very nice cross you have done and I would really like to know more about your work. Very little of that goes on in the states.
It definitely has hybrid vigor. I believe it will be large enough to divide this fall
Awesome color, William! And thanks for making hybrids like this, Pacome.
