Here's a picture of my Laelia lobata 'Black's Luck'. This is a nice species. The flowers are 4.5" wide and have a pleasant fragrant. I grow it in very high light to full sun. It has been a reliable bloomer for me.

    Enjoy,

Not often seen here. What is your temperature range?

    Marni:

I grow my plant in intermediate to hot temperatures. During the winter, I hang it up in the top peak of the greenhouse. During the summer, I grow it outside in full sun to very bright light conditions.

The temperature range is probably 58 to 105 F.

This species has one of my favorite fragrances of any orchid. Awesome Allen!

Thanks, Allen. Years ago I had a couple of seedlings of L. lobata alba and they didn't do well so I have stayed away from it, but I might be able to do it justice now.
