    Is there really a significant difference between densefoliata and pandurata?

    According to " Angraecoid orchids"Densefoliata is more compact, the stem is up to 15cm tall and pandurata is more than 20cm tall!!

    Yes, I read that, but they also say that the two species are very similar. So, you are confident, that your plant will develop a long stem soon ;)
    From looking at the type specimens of the herbarium of the Paris natrual history museum pandurata seems to lack the flouncy (is that the right word?) rim on the leaf basis, which are typical for J. densefoliata.
